Cream Dream Girl aka Cherokee is our 15.3h buckskin mare. She is sweet & loyal. She is smooth gaited & has a stunning build with the color to match. She came to us riding but in need of refinement, now she continues to surprise us with her leadership on the trail & sweet disposition on the ground. We look forward to her career with us.

Misty Crow
Saphyre’s Misty Rainsong aka Misty Crow is equine perfection. Debbie from Walkers On Water has graciously allowed us to be the proud owners of this stunning mare. With her build, standing 16.1h tall, & steady disposition she is the perfect mare. You do not find many walking horses built like her. In my opinion, Misty is one of the finest horses I have ever seen. She is my “dream horse” & owning her is of the highest honor.
Misty is a half sister to Skye’s Saphyre Starlyte via sire and a half sister to Mohawk via dam.
We look forward to many wonderful rides ahead of us with Misty.

“Kissed By Misty Starlyte” aka Apache is our newest addition to Giles Ranch II.
This McCurdy outcross filly completes my goal of producing heavy boned, large Walking horses with guarantied color. Apache is EEaaRnRn, she will produce black based roans every time. Color is not everything but when you strive for excellence, you can have it all.
This filly also carries the blood of my ideal walking horses. She is the daughter of “Songbird’s Misty Sunfrost” who is by “DMF’S John Wayne” out of our beloved Misty.
Apache’s sire “Jedi Master of Starlyte” is a McCurdy stallion whose lineage includes “McCurdy’s Roan Lightning”, “Go Boy McCurdy”, “Master Mountaineer”, and more.
The very cool mix of bloodlines came together to create a confident, well gaited, beautiful filly. We are so excited to bring her home from Walkers On Water in April 2024.
She will conclude my foundation here at Giles Ranch II. Could not be more happy with this filly.

A Beam Come Blue aka Lakota is a kind mare. She is 15.3h tall & a stunning blue roan. Lakota has the ideal walking horse head with soft eyes & pointed ears. With the size, smooth gait & color she is a great addition to any program. Lakota is now the main mount for my mother who truly enjoys and appreciates all she has to offer. They make a great team and we look forward to many years with this sweet mare.

Comanche
Giles’ Agigage Cruiser aka Comanche is stunning . This big, red filly was born Easter Sunday 2022 & is expected to hit 17h with ease. “Agigage” is red in cherokee & she shines like a ruby. This filly carries the hopes of our program finally introducing a riding & breeding prospect that is 17h or more. Comanche’s sire is Cruise With The Limo, a 100% Heritage Walking Horse. He has height, bone, gait & style. We expect her to be no different. We look forward to watching her grow & her training.
Comanche is currently a long yearling, standing 15.2h.
Saying Comanche is smart is an understatement. She has to be in the middle of everything.

Cruise With The Limo is Comanche’s sire & was 17h tall.
His kind eyes & huge bone made him one of the nicest stallions of his generation. Limo stood at stud for Walkers On Water & Slush Creek Walkers in Bainville, Montana.
Limo developed cancer & had to be put down in the fall of 2023. He will be greatly missed. We are so glad to continue his legacy through Comanche.
Gwen
Gwen is my Kentucky Mountain mare & my go to trail horse. Although she is not part of our breeding program, she is steadfast on the trail. She is a leader & will carry you over, around or through anything. Gwen’s gait is the smoothest I’ve ridden & she set the standard for what I think a gaited trail partner should be.
She sets the pace & has earned the nickname “Go Fast Pony.”
Gwen is the favorite of my nephew. He loves riding & has no fear.
